Stitches of Connection
Saturday 28 March, 12:30pm-4:30pm
Identity and belonging are the foundation of our right of return. The occupier doesn’t just steal the land; they steal the culture, the heritage and falsify history. If we neglect our heritage, the occupier will find space to fabricate a false narrative that will be believed by those who benefit from it and the ignorant.
Join us for a session about Palestinian embroidery, where we will explore a part of our rich heritage and tell you the story of the resilience of Palestinian embroidery and its role in strengthening the Palestinian people’s connection to their land.
