This class takes on a scientific approach to making Ceramics. It is suitable for students who are interested in ecploring the properties of clay/earth and also for students with some experience in Ceramics who wish to deepen their understanding of the material and their art.

The students will be taken through the process of making Ceramics through simple experiments. We will closely study how raw clay can transforms into rock hard Artworks that lasts for 1000+ years.

Students will finish the term with 1 major work to take home.

Age: 12-16 years

When: Every Wednesday from 19 February, 4-6pm (8 weeks)
